On February 1st, 2017 the fifteenth edition of the Marketing & Insights Event (MIE) took place in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. Again Underlined was well represented with a practical case about Customer Journey Analytics together with Aegon and with a masterclass on the same topic.

The actual customer journey and experience
During MIE we also taught a masterclass where we elaborated more on Customer Journey Analytics. The session was fully booked and very well received by the participants. We were pleased to see that so many professionals are actively optimizing their customer journey and customer experience and using data to play a structural role in this process. Using inspiring examples we showed the participants how to make the actual customer journey and customer experience insightful combining big data analysis, journey mining and text mining.
