Underlined and Expoints have entered into cooperation as of February 2019. Underlined is going to enrich customer feedback flows from Expoints’ clients with the use of the ‘ mining ‘ categories, with the aim of getting the most important insights from the answers of the open feedback questions for the clients of Expoints. This enrichment is done by means of the Underlined API Service, a fully automatic solution for customer feedback analysis in the Dutch language. Expoints will start processing these insights directly into its dashboards. These dashboards give interpretation and handles to the opportunities that customers return to improve the organization. We can also be proud to announce that Expoints’ first customers have stepped in to use this service to make customer feedback and the underlying opportunities visible on the basis of this method.
